The Center for Student Professional Development (CSPD) in the UTSA College of Business provides business programs and services to develop professional skills for both graduate and undergraduate students that will give them a competitive edge in landing internships and securing employment.

Combining theory with real work practice, the CSPD works with students to develop a balanced portfolio of academic, leadership and career readiness to begin a successful path to professional success.

The CSPD also is dedicated to partnering with local, regional and national employers by offering them a variety of specialized services to recruit and interview their future generation of talented leaders and emerging young professionals.
